Eli Bremer is an Olympian who grew up in Colorado Springs and has lived there his entire life.
A former US Senate candidate, today Eli is a serial entrepreneur and a highly sought after consultant for difficult and complex business deals. Among other skills, Eli has substantial experience in real estate.
Bremer is a graduate of the US Air Force Academy, he also earned Masters Degrees from UCCS and The George Washington University. Eli’s father was a County Commissioner in the late 1990s, and his wife is currently the Chair of the El Paso County Commissioners.
In addition to having extensive political and capital relationships to leverage, Eli has expertise in media, PR, and marketing. He has worked as a broadcaster for NBC for four Olympics, has written for USA Today, and has leveraged his local and national media connections for clients and causes for over a decade.
Ed Libby has over 35 years of work in construction, development, and building.He currently holds a Class A General Contractor license and runs a construction company specializing in horizontal drilling for utilities in non-conducive environments.
Libby moved to Cripple Creek Colorado in the 1990s where he built four casinos along with numerous other buildings and businesses. Eventually, Ed was elected Mayor of Cripple Creek following a term on the City Council.
Ed synthesizes the construction, business, and regulatory challenges facing projects and brings feasible and fiscally responsible solutions to complex problems. He is capable of overseeing contractors and managing all aspects of construction projects while seamlessly working with business leaders to meet strategic objectives.

Fisk has written editorials for several publications including the national Christian Science Monitor print and online editions and multiple Colorado papers. He previously co-hosted a syndicated radio talk show and has worked with regional TV and media outlets for 20+ years. In between negotiating for détente between his two daughters, Fisk trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 4-5 times per week and recently competed at the International "World Masters" competition, earning a Bronze medal.
Nathan Rains is a local expert in the residential real estate market, currently serving as a senior business partner at the Fisk Team (eXp Realty) in Colorado Springs.
As a Colorado native, he’s extremely knowledgeable about the demographic landscape, land use and development, and understands local economic issues extremely well. Rains has a mechanical services business background, but has been in professional real estate services for over ten years.

Duncan S. Bremer, P.C., Attorney at Law concentrates in business transactions and real estate law, specifically in land development and usage, and also estate planning and asset protection.
Duncan has undergraduate and graduate degrees from Yale University and a JD from the University of Connecticut (with honors). Duncan came to Colorado in 1981 to take a job with a local law firm. Following a decade of successful legal practice in Colorado Springs, he served as County Commissioner full time for eight years, continuing his legal practice part time. In 2003, Duncan was term limited, returned to private life and practicing law.
Clients have ranged from individuals and businesses to El Paso County and the State of Colorado. He has earned a reputation for his ability to bring warring parties to the table and reach a workable agreement on difficult issues.
